Our algorithm is proprietary so we aren’t able to dive into the specifics. In summary, it tries to predict Bitcoin performance based a number of factors such as historical price movement, current trends, etc. It uses such indicators to trigger buys and sells. We actively work to improve our algorithm so it is constantly evolving. As we find new approaches, we simulate and analyze these algorithm variations on past data.
In hindsight, it’s very easy to know when it would have been better to buy and sell, but looking at the shifts in real-time to predict trends is not as straightforward. Our team works hard to automate that in a reliable way.
